• Meditation to introduce you to colours and appropriate Guides

• Produce your own individual Soul Painting

• Learn how to interpret past, present and future lives from the painting

• What the Central Column can show and tell us

• How to interpret colours

• Group practice at giving interpretations and detailed readings
