Reiki Workshops 

Reiki is a Universal Life Giving energy which involves a hands on healing method working on physical, mental, spiritual and emotional levels.  It's a simple, effective and safe way of promoting healing, relaxation and wellbeing. 

 

 

 

Reiki originated in Tibet thousands of years ago and was reintroduced into the modern day world by Dr Mikao Usui and brought into the western cultures by a Japanese American Lady called Hawayo Takata in 1935.  She introduced it into mainland USA, Canada and Europe and trained hundreds of people in Reiki, initiating 22 Reiki Masters.

 

 

This method is not bound by any religion or belief systems which makes it accessable to all.

As an intelligent energy it is completely safe for both the giver and receiver.  Reiki is simple and easy to learn and even children can be attuned to the 1st degree. 

Reiki is on 3 levels consisting of 1st Degree Reiki, 2nd Degree Reiki and 3rd Degree Master Teacher. 

1st Degree Reiki (Click for course dates and details)

Reiki 1 is for people wishing to learn how to heal themselves and others but do not want to become a practitioner.  It is the basic healing attunement. 

2nd Degree Reiki (Click for course dates and details)

Reiki 2 is for people who have completed Reiki 1 and have been practicing on themselves and others for a suitable length of time.  This level is suitable for those who wish to become a Reiki Practitioner. 

3rd Degree Master Teacher (Click for course dates and details)

This degree is for people who have completed Reiki 2 and have used the energies on themselves and others regularly and for a substational length of time.  This course is suitable for those who wish to teach and attune others.
