1st Degree Reiki

This Workshop Includes:

• What Reiki is
• How Reiki Works
• Self Healing
• Working with the Subtle Energy Bodies, the Chakras and Endocrine Glands
• How to Prepare your Healing Space and Yourself
• Beginning and Ending a Session
• Healing Others
• Precautions and Code of Ethics
• Reiki Level 1 Certificate

 

This is a 1 Day course where you are given 4 attunements to reawaken and attune four of your Chakras (Energy Centres). 

The Heart Chakra: - To activate and open to unconditional love

The Throat Chakra: - To activate and open communication to your higher conciousness

The Third Eye Chakra: - to activate and awaken intuition

The Crown Chakra: - To activate and align to the vibrations of Reiki energy and spiritual conciousness

 

Once these attunements have taken place, the Reiki energy is there for the rest of your life and by placing hands on yourself or others, you become a channel for transmitting the automatic flow of energy. 

1st Degree Reiki teaches you to work on yourself and others.

 

Cost £50, includes vegetarian lunch and refreshments.
